Yamamoto Asai Aogami Super Kurouchi Tsuchime 270 Sujihiki- blade only

Sold out

Trained by the renowned master blacksmith, Masami Asai, Nao Yamamoto was given the privilege of continuing his inscription “Echizen Marukatsu”

These AS Damascus KU blades are extremely well crafted and a pleasure to hold. They are confident blades with a great distal taper.

Aogami Super is one of my favorite steels as they keep a super sharp edge and are great to sharpen. The Kurouchi blacksmith finish looks awesome on these and I am sure you will be please to have this knife.

Ironclad - as these knives are all carbon, extra care must be taken to ensure the blade does not rust. Please wipe dry after each use.

Use & Care

  • Do not attempt to cut, hit or chop frozen products or bones. The blade can chip or break with improper use.
  • Hand wash with warm water and towel dry. Never put the knife in a dishwasher, nor soak it in water. Ever!
  • Use a sharpening stone to maintain the sharpness of the blade.
  • Do not use on hard melons or items that may torque the blade.
