This is an octagonal Wa Style Handle made for Japanese style kitchen knives.
The body is made from a fantastic black ash burl with A xylay ferrule
Suited for a 180-210 mm gyuto or other Japanese knife.

Handle is sanded to 600 grit and then coated in 5-6 coats of Tru-Oil.
Use and care - Hand wash and dry - Never put in dishwasher nor leave in hot soapy water.
