Use & Care - Do not attempt to cut, hit or chop frozen products, nuts, crusted bread, or bones. The blade can chip or break with improper use.
- Do not attempt to cut hard melons or other items that can torque the blade
- Hand wash with warm water and towel dry. Never put in a dishwasher, nor soak. Ever!
- Use a sharpening stone to maintain the sharpness of the blade.
