This is an octagonal Wa Style Handle made for Japanese style kitchen knives.

Suited for a 165-210 mm  gyuto or other Japanese knife.

  • Body:  Stabilized Yellow Cedar burl 
  • Ferrule: Buffalo horn
  • Weight 46 g 
  • Length 132 mm   (5 1/4”)

Handle is sealed and buffed to natural luster 

Use and care - Hand wash and dry - Never put in dishwasher nor leave in hot soapy water.
