This is an octagonal Wa Style Handle made for Japanese style kitchen 

 

Suited for a 165-210 mm  gyuto or other Japanese knife.

  • Body: Dyed and Stabilized curly hard maple
  • Weight: 56 g

  • Handle is buffed to natural luster 

Use and care - Hand wash and dry - Never put in dishwasher nor leave in hot soapy water.
