This is an octagonal Wa Style Handle made for Japanese style kitchen knives.
The body is made from yellow cedar burl from western Canada, with a Honduran Rosewood Burl ferrule
Suited for a 165-210 mm gyuto or other Japanese knife.

Handle is sanded to 600 grit and then coated in 5-6 coats of Tru-Oil.
