This line of knives is hand forged in Sanjo City by a master blacksmith. These are slim, sleek and sharp, giving the name Inazuma (lighting).

The cool looking cladding with Nashiji (pear skin) and Tsuchime (hammered) helps with food release and is taken a step further with beautiful polished Damascus. The core is made with Aogami Super heat treated to 62-63 hrc with a stainless cladding. 

These knives are thin and well crafted, so expect excellent performance at an great price. 

Handle is stabilized Myrtle burl with a Buffalo horn ferrule

 

Use & Care

  • Do not attempt to cut, hit or chop frozen products or bones. The blade can chip or break with improper use.
  • Hand wash with warm water and towel dry. Never put the knife in a dishwasher, nor soak it in water. Ever!
  • Use a sharpening stone to maintain the sharpness of the blade. 
  • Do not use on hard melons or items that may torque the blade
