This is an octagonal Wa Style Handle made for Japanese style kitchen knives.
The body is made from a domestic Curly Ash with Japanese Elm Burl and g10.
Medium sized, it is suited for a 180-210 gyuto, Bunka, Nakiri Santoku or other Japanese knife.
