This is an octagonal Wa Style Handle made for Japanese style kitchen knives.

The body is made from a domestic Curly Ash with Japanese Elm Burl and g10.

Medium sized, it is suited for a 180-210 gyuto, Bunka, Nakiri Santoku or other Japanese knife.

Weight: 38g Length: 134.8 (5.25)

Handle is sanded to 600 grit and then coated in 5-6 coats of Tru-Oil.

Use and care - Hand wash and dry - Never put in dishwasher,n or leave in hot soapy water.
